Labor or not

Im 39 weeks

I have been having the worst back pain all night started above my buttcheeks and shoots pain all up my back , it is now in my ribs and not stoping , if i move it hurts my stomach & makes me wanna puke , it gave me the worst headache and the back pain is just getting worst , idk what to do im a ftm and so confused someone please just tell me something, my next doctor appointment isnt till the 27th which is 1 day before my due date the 28th , i havnt been to the doctor at all this month
