bactine on my nose piercing

So I just got my nostril pierced yesterday and I've been using bactine on it. But because I'm anal about making sure I don't get infections I looked up how often I should clean it and I saw that people said that using bactine gave them an infection. Should I still use bactine but make sure I rinse my nose off after or just use a saline solution? Also I have a hoop ring instead of a the stud.
