HELP, what is going on with my body

So my af is 12 days late now, I've taken 3 pregnancy tests all say negative, I am so discouraged at this point and just wanna cry. I have no idea what's going on and I'm afraid to go to the doctor because I don't want bad news. Just in need of words of encouragement.
