So I haven't had a period since November. I thought I might have been pregnant but 3 negative tests later, I ruled that out. Now I'm starting to get worried that something might be wrong so I did some research. In the past my period would be late if I was stressed or not physically active. But A) this summer was the most stressful of my life and I still got pretty regular periods and B) I started running more in December hoping it'd start and that didn't work. A reason I saw online was if you're traveling a lot, that can throw off your cycle. I was in Texas doing training for my job the last time I had it, then flew to Florida to visit family for a week, THEN I moved to Maryland that following week (military life lol). So that might be the reason but this is getting scary so I'm seeing a Dr. soon. Has anyone else missed a period due to travel, or was late??
