I think that I am having a miscarriage. This would be my second one. Last one happened pretty swiftly and I knew wharves hopping because I was bleeding quite a bit. Friday I started to bled, mostly just when I wiped. I have been wearing a liner since then and still haven't bled enough to need a pad. I have been experiencing cramping and today they are pretty painful but bleeding hasn't really increased. If this is a miscarriage I just want to do it naturally and have the Dr check everything after passing the baby. Could it be something else or should I assume it's a miscarriage that's progressing slowly?
