Ladies with endometriosis, other than heat, how do you try to sooth the pain? Pain meds don't help at all 😭

I have relatively bad endometriosis, it's not as bad as alot of women get it. But I usually use heating pads, exercise, and weed (Legally) to soothe my pains...Also food, lots of food 😂

My pain isn't too bad, so I used to rely on heating pads, Epsom salt baths, and ibprofeun when needed. Now since I've had my lap I've tried to stay away from heating pads as I've read that they can cause adhesions to grow back quicker and worse than before. I'm not sure how true it is, and I've only ready one article on it but personally I don't want to chance anything. I still do Epsom salt baths, eating healthy had helped a lot along with exercising. Even a short walk may help your pain. Oh, birth control had also helped me a lot. I'm actually afraid to come off of it eventually because I have never dealt with my symptoms while not being on bc. You may want to look into that as well!

1. Have you had a lap done ? If so have had the appropriate follow up treatments ? (Lupron And birth control)
2. If above has been done I suggest cold pillows instead of hot. And switching to a dairy /gluten free diet, it really helps !

I'm not a religious person,so no prayer doesn't help me. I use heating pads,hot hot hot baths w/ bubbles,Epsom salts,music etc,I also lay on my side & rub where it's hurting in a clockwise (counter clockwise?) motion,& loads of pain medicines. 🙌🏻Everything only helps a bit,I've had crippling cramps & just had to scream & cry out loud until they pass man. (& I've had the surgery to help them! 🙄) If you can light up a bowl do it,it may only be for a few hours but it helps a lot!! (Would if I could,BF is against it lol 🙃) I hope my comment helps! & I hope you get relief soon babe 💛

What stage endo were you diagnosed with? I was told I had stage 4 Endo but GOD.....I believe HIM and trust HIM, HE is my HEALER and I am healed in JESUS'S NAME!!!!!! AMEN!! 🙏🏾

Pray, Pray and Pray more and more. Changed my diet. Eat organic food and natural forms of soy. Do not use plastic for drinking or eating, eat turmeric helps with inflammation,  drink peppermint tea helps with bloating. Rarely eat meat. If I do it is seafood or organic chicken or turkey but no red meats no pork and no dairy. I do feel much better. Every once in a blue moon and I mean once in a blue moon, if I really want something that I used to like before changing my diet I will eat it and that includes bacon but again that is very rare.
