twins? normal?

This is my 4th pregnancy 🤰

I'm so sick this one every time I eat I feel pain in my stomach and a lot of nausea. I also swam to be hungry way more than normal. Anyone have this with twins? We don't know yet first scan at 11wks. I'm 6w4days
