When would you call?

When would you call the doctor about bleeding on nexplanon? Ive been bleeding about two weeks and a day. Im just wondering when would be the time to call. Its not just spotting its like full on bleeding. Ive been going through lots of tampons and that aint cheap. Plus cramps like crazy. When should I bring it up to my doctor? After a month, another week? Now? Any advice welcome!
