Who knew you couldn't get a regular massage in your first trimester?! Glad I mentioned something to the therapist before getting started because she had to reschedule me for someone who is licensced for prenatal. I'm only 3 weeks 3 days and already so many rules. My friend told me nothing too spicy either or it can induce labor ☹️
