Missed Menstrual Cycles

Hi Ladies! First time posting on this but need advice. So i haven't gotten my period in a few months now. And i'm not pregnant, I asked my OBGYN and he said it's natural sometimes because i'm overweight. But i've never had an issue before, it's always been on time

Any advice? On what could be going on
