sprintec

Hey! Wondering if any of you have experience with Sprintec. I just switched from a pill called Cryselle due to acne and mood issues. During the first few months on this new pill I've had some heavier spotting (like two weeks before I'm due for a period) and cramping. Have any of you experienced this? Does it go away? I understand that the first few months take some adjustment...
