How long after HCG drop did you miscarry?

When I first started spotting my levels were around 546 and I had to come back in two or three days to get then rechecked & they only went up to a bit over 1,000 or so. They weren't doubling so I knew something was wrong. Well, fast forward a week and I  visited my doc and she put my on a low dose of progesterone which I didn't feel comfortable taking but was willing to try anything. I was still spitting so I quit taking it and the next day I started bleeding heavier and then passed the tissue. Got my blood drawn one last time and my levels went down to 79.

Mine didn't drop, first was 15.4 and second was 15.5 but I was miscarrying. X
