Can't sleep at night really and I'm a little nauseous. What can help this ??

I've been brewing a very light fresh ginger and lime tea at night which helps. Lemonade is also helping my morning bleehhh feeling when I have to work, although probably not the best with all that sugar, but soo delicious and seems almost immediate relief.

Any herbs or essential oils within your reach? Maybe lavender herbs sachet in your pillow. I drop a tiny bit of sandalwood EO on a corner of my pillow which helps me relax into sleep.

Or we can follow what my gramma always told me as a kid when I couldn't sleep.. just as long as your closing your eyes, lying down and breathing evenly, your body is getting some rest.

You'll have to talk to your doctor, but I take 25 mg of unisom and 25mg of vitamin b6 at night before bed and it helps me sleep and helps with morning sickness.
