Could I be pregnant?

Hi all, I have been freaking out for the past couple of days wondering if I could be pregnant. Me and my boyfriend have unprocted sex all the time because I am on the pill, but I forgot to take it sometimes. I missed two pills in my second week and probably missed one in my first week aswell. I have taken one pregnancy test but I think it's too early. Could I be pregnant or an I was overthinking?
