It could be an allergic reaction. I have a friend who's allergic to clean and clear products and when she used it once it kinda looked like that.

I used a clean and clear moisturizer once and it made me break out like crazy- and it was supposed to help acne!!

Anyways, those look like burns or open skin wounds. Stop using those products. Get a very gentle cleanser that isn't meant for acne, so it won't have any harsh chemicals in it. Wait until those heal to try any other new products.
