Baby formula issue - opinions please!

My little lady is just over a month old and we've tried 4 formulas already. Nothing seems to be helping her tummy troubles but when she drinks breast milk (very limited since she refuses to latch and be patient) she feels great, when she has formula she struggles to poop for over an hour before it comes out. She's on zantac and gas drops twice a day,

We've tried:

Enfamil newborn - constipation

Enfamil Gentle ease - constipation

Gerber Soothe - pooping but still struggling a lot

Nutramagin - same as gerber soothe (we were worried she might have a dairy allergy like her father but she had the same symptoms.

What formulas have You all tried that might be better?
