one fallopian plus PCOS someone help please 😞

Hi my name is italia and I'm 22 year old  married for 3 years and im new at glow. I really need help I been trying to get pregnant for a year already they told me I had both fallopian tubes close so they try opening Both and they only open one then they told me I have PCOS and I'm really lossing hope of someday having kids 😩  Can somebody help me I'm really scared and my dr told me to just keep trying but I'm scared of having a ectopic pregnancy.
