Want a 4th baby

I have 3 kids my youngest is 4. Have been trying for a 4th child im my new relationship since he doesnt have one. Since 2014 we have been tryinh but nothing. I had an operation done in 2015 was told my left tube was blocked, I lost my right tube in 2006 to an ectopic pregnancy. Its frustrating, I want to get pregnant.
