hcg levels?" /> My period is 9 almost 10 days late and all I am getting are negative tests. I tested the 18th and 19th both with fmu. On the 12th I bled for about an hour very lightly. I'm so confused with what is happening with my body and cannot get a appointment with my doctor until the end of February.

It effects whether you ovulate or not and whether your period appears....I am 3 days past AF and doubt it will come at all this month due to pcos and not ovulating. It causes infertility issues but cannot give false negatives on pregnancy tests.

PCOS can cause our hormones to be thrown out of wack, meaning our periods can vary. I've never had a regular period and I have PCOS. PCOS would not affect HCG levels though... if you are pregnant, the PCOS would not cause a false negative.
