Anyone been diagnosed with insomnia? What were your specific symptoms, what questions did the doctor ask, etc. I've struggled with anxiety and depression and I feel as though insomnia is trying to push in now as well. I'd like to hear from people who've been diagnosed to see how their experiences compare with mine. Hopefully this is not another illness I will have to combat.
