Last night I went pee (tmi) when I wiped it was brown. I wiped again to get it all off and the size of a pinky toe nail (or smaller) mark of pink blood was on the tissue. I did it 3 times and stuck a pad on and laid down. It is 4:08am and so far it hasn't happened any more. However my back was really hurting last night and I had very very mild mild cramps. I also hot very nauseous during it. But All that has stopped. I've had a daughter and also had a miscarriage, but that was 5 years ago. So my question is, am I freaking myself out over four dots or has this been experienced?
