fatigue
So I am 15 weeks and am falling asleep at work:m. I did not have this problem the first couple of weeks so not sure if I am tired from being pregnant or if I am possibly anemic. I was anemic through my last pregnancy as well but don't remmeber much as it was 6 years ago. Any ideas or suggesions?
