confused?

Ok I'm just a little confused. I was suppose to start my period the 16/17 and didn't I took a test due to having very sore breast and tender nipples, on top of nausea, sore gums, and headaches but it was negative so I made a doctor appointment a few days later because af still never came. The urine test was negative there also. Dr wouldn't order me a blood test and here it is the 23 and still no af 🤔 I need help/advise on what to do! TIA 😌
