My cycles are irregular. Longest 48 days, shortest 26 days, can vitex help regulate my cycles?

Oh gosh! I shudder every time I see ladies taking vitex. It screwed my cycle so badly it took 6 months and then medications from my dr to get me back to normal.
Don't self medicate with herbal suppliments!!!! Go to your dr, have blood tests done, and then get appropriate treatment ❤️

I'm on my second bottle of vitex. I haven't seen any changes yet but it says have to take for three months to see the results. Hopefully it works!!

Yes it absolutely can my cycles were always regular till 4 months ago then in Nov I found out I had an ovarian cyst after taking vitex 3 times a day for a month I finally had a normal period it sucked but made me happy to be normal again I highly recommend it
