Need lady advice!!!

Alright.

So i had a MC around dec 28thh. We started trying right away hopeful for our rainbow baby! Took two home tests (AF due in 3 days) both faint ish lines. But deffinitely pink and show up pretty fast and dont have to squint to see it...its there. Just lighter then control line... then took 2 digital, yes both, yes right away.

Is this real? Should i be worried about MC again?

Doctor said faint lines arnt bad they jist mean its super earlly....which it deffinitely would be.

But im so nervous and afraid to get too excited because the MC.

I was bleeding long before AF was due with MC.

So im wondering...no bleeding now...very light or no cramping...

Is that a good sign?

Has anyone else had faint lines and everything was alright? Havnt missed period yetm due on the 26th. But digis say yes. Doctor got faint yes in her office and sent blood work out...will get back tomorrow morning. But im nervous. Weve been trying for almost a year. And lost the first last month. My husband excited but im afraid to get excited.

What do yall think??!!!
