Nappy Rash advice?

Any tips for clearing this up? I'm pretty sure she's teething and it came up very suddenly, not from having a wet or dirty nappy etc. She's had a lot of nappy free time, warm baths, sudocrem on at every change, she's had it for 4 days now. I should add that it's NOT painful to her, I can wipe her etc and she doesn't even flinch!

My sons pediatrician suggested we use red butt paste, which is 40% zinc oxide, and it worked like a charm.

I just talked to our pediatrician about this today! Because it's mostly splotchy & not solid red, that is probably a yeast infection. She recommended Lotrimin mixed with diaper rash cream. It will kill all the yeast (if that's what it is) and doesn't hurt to use if it's not. Hope this helps!

I would take her to the pediatrician, day 4 and it looks that bad and isnt getting better with everything you're doing you definitely need to be sure theres not something else causing it.

Sudocream or zinc. If it doesn't improve in a few days she'll need to be checked out by a doctor.

Hmm maybe a pediatricians advice would be better for this. But yes try red butt paste.  It should be in the baby isle. And if that doesn't work it might be some kind of allergy so just watch it.
