alright ladies, I need some answers

My SO & I have had unprotected sex every night since Dec. 30, except for like 3 nights. My period came the first of the year and then was over like always. Here recently I have been extremely bloated where he has actually looked at me and said "baby bump" (I'm a small girl, I've always had a flat belly). I could eat everything in the house and have been having some cramps around my belly button. I've felt so bad the last couple of days, not being able to breathe, coughing and cold. Can someone help me and tell me what might be causing everything?
