So last night I really thought I might be starting with early labour signs, I had the tightening pain on the right hand side of my back, it was only painful for like 5 seconds each time but it would be like every few minutes! I also had a really bad headache and at one point my vision had gone really blurry and couldn't concentrate on my phone or anything. I rang the labour ward but they didn't seem very concerned, anyone else had anything like this? I'm 38w 3 days
