Is reverse racism a thing, or is there only racism?

There is no such thing as reverse racism.

Racism is a systematic thing, found upon hundreds of years of opression; from slavery, genocide, to Jim Crowe, to mass incarceration. White folk have not experienced a majority of these issues. A black person or native american saying that they hate white people does not reinforce that white people are considering subhuman. It may be prejudiced, but it's not racism because it only will only hurt white people's feelings. That's it. They won't have to deal with police brutality as much or deal with the genocide of their entire race.

And fun fact before someone might come @ me about how the Irish were slaves: they were slaves because at the time they were not considered white. They were only considered white when they decided to join in on the oppression of black folk because they knew that's how they would get out of being oppressed.

When I hear about Cuban families being pissed off that their son or daughter for dating a white girl or boy, I think so. When I hear and experience black people being mad at white people for slavery, I think so (I'm talking about the ones who are mad at today's white people and blame them for what happened as if we were there. And no, I'm not talking about the struggles with racism they experience today or the ones who blame the actual people who did it.) When people of a darker complexion judge people who are of a lighter complexion and call them white (like its a disease or something) or say they're not a real black person or a real Mexican or a real whatever, I think so. 
I'm not saying it happens more often or trying to deflate the importance of racism. All I'm saying is it happens. It's a rarity and I mainly see it online. And before people get all huffy with me, please look at the definition of reverse racism. I'm going off that and these instances fit with the actual definition.
