Today my friend told me that I was very attention-seeking...she jokes a lot but I always feel like I am a self centered person...now that she said it, I can't stop thinking about it and don't know if this is who I am... help please

You probably are and just didn't realize it. She's probably talked about it with some of your other friends, and they probably all know about it too or have noticed it and now it's out in the open. I mean, at least you know now and can make some changes or ask them about it.

It may just be who you have been for so long that you never thought about it. But its never to late to change a negative them and make it positive.
