symptoms already??

So I just got my BFP Saturday and I will be 4 weeks tomorrow.... I already feel like I can smell EVERYTHING. I have NO APPETITE, like I'm talking nothing sounds good, tastes good, and I can't even finish a meal, not because I feel nauseous but because it just doesn't taste good and I feel full.... yuck! My teeth hurt too! Is this normal this early or is my mind playing tricks on me?! The only symptom that makes sense to me is cramping right now, and boyyyy do I feel that! Anyone else in the same boat?

I knew I was pregnant before bfp because my back was hurting, I had light cramps, my breasts are killing me, Walking any ehere without getting out of breath is almost impossible, I'm peeing every 10 min and I have hot flashes. I am only 4 weeks almost 5 and I have symptoms for days 😂🌈💕 baby dust*~

I've had what feels like ovulation pain in both ovaries since 2dpo, bad backache too. Feeling bloated, tired and tiny bit lightheaded.

I'm in almost the same boat. I was really nauseous on Friday, I could smell everything and had no appetite, that was my big clue, so I took a test and if my calculations are correct I'm only 4W1D!

I'm 4 weeks today and knew because I was falling asleep at 7pm like struggling to stay awake I'd end up having little cat naps and then be good to go I'm also peeing a lot,my boobs look fuller and veiny,I'll be starving and then not at all. I have the nose of a dog I can smell it all! Insomnia and cramping and back pain. And I'm making up every morning all stuffed up and stuff. I've had to had naps basically everyday when my toddler naps which I never did before. And nausea on and off. 2 nights ago we had chicken and I love it! I couldn't finish it I got so nauseous :(

A little bit sicker and I haven't slept through the night without peeing constantly for days!

Only symptoms I'm having so far is smell and tiredness oh boy I'm tired each day I cannot wait to take a nap or go to bed!! Lol far as my taste buds are just like yours I'm not sick or nothing just don't wanna eat.. nothing sounds good
