My one year old Zander woke up at 10am and I didn't feel well so my husband got up with him and let me sleep in, I got up at 11:30 and went in the living room with my boys and felt really sick so I asked my husband for a bag so I could puke and once he gave it to me I started puking and I felt like a huge gush of warm liquid and thought maybe I peed myself from how hard I was puking so he walked to the bathroom with me to make sure I was okay and as soon as I pulled my underwear down fluid just started gushing everywhere!! And of course my husband said "holy shit that is so freaking awesome!" And I just looked at him like seriously? Lol! This was at noon when it happened, my hospital is 30 minutes away so we took my 1 year old next door to my grandma and loaded up the car and left, the contractions got strong in the car to where I was screaming and squirming, so my husband sped to the hospital, we arrived about 12:45 and I was screaming in the waiting room, the nurses were really sweet though and tried their best to help me, and I ended up gushing more fluid on the waiting room floor and ended up actually slipping in my own fluid 🙄 but they got us back to the room and checked me & I was 4cm and I begged for the epidural so they called for it and it got to me about 2:30 after they got it started they checked me because I felt a crap ton of pressure! And when they did I was a 9! And they said if I would've waited another minute I would have been doing it without the epidural so thank god I got it when I did lol! But another Lady was in the process of pushing so they went to her room, and I rested while I waited for them to come back, they came in at 3:30 and got me ready to push and I started pushing at 3:37 and he was here at 3:40! Everything felt so fast and easy! I didn't rip or tear or anything. Welcome to this crazy world Ezra Allen! 7pounds and 14ounces born at 38 weeks 6 days!
