So I'm a stay at home mom and since it's freezing I basically don't leave the house, in result I don't pump up a stash because I'm strictly bf. The problem is because of direct latching my supply is so much and expressing it out doesn't prevent it from soaking my shirt, I even bought different types of breastpads, try to change them every hr but nothing's helping 🙄. Is there anything you guys to when you have similar issues?? Plzz share
