So I thought I started my period today and was sad because we've been trying to get pregnant. I changed my tampon once since I started bleeding. I had a really bad headache and cramps at work came home and my cramps and stomach hurt even worse for about 3 hours. I went to the bathroom and changed my tampon and there is nothing on it and nothing on the toilet paper. Could I be pregnant or did I just have a short period? I can't tell
