Is this safe?

I had to move out of my house for personal reasons. I moved in with my mom for now so I'm sleeping on the couch. Baby boy sleeps next to me on his changing table mat. I put the blanket there because it's the plastic material so I'm afraid he'd be cold. But it's tucked under the sides so it couldn't come over his face and it has holes so it's more breathable. He sleeps swaddled, arms in. He's 11 weeks.
