Are those the advanced? If it's flashing then you haven't reached your peak yet but you are still in your fertile period so it doesn't hurt to bd. Once you get steady smiley you should ovulate in the next 12-36 hours. Bd then as well.

It won't say peak if it's the same as mine.  It will be a smiley face that doesn't blink/move and you won't be able to retest the next day cause the smiley face stays put for 24 or 48 hours.  Definitely BD.
