OK me and my sister want to restore my father's home that's in horrible disrepair we want a 33-33-33 split while he's alive and 50-50 after he's passed but he's not sane and don't get meds to get sane. My question is.... Is it wrong for us to jointly petition to have him committed for mental health (since he is insane) to be able to fix the home split the ownership as I stated before we are not selling it ever and his quality of lifestyle is horrible no water no electricity trash everywhere Ect. We'd have it all in writing so nobody gets fucked over. We don't want to boot him out and we would all be one happy family
