Cramping after sex?

My hubby and I had unprotected sex last night. I'm on the BC patch, so he cums inside of me nearly every time. (We're both ready if I ever do get pregnant) But yesterday, I got horrible cramps not even two minutes after sex. The cramps have been on and off all day today. Anyone else get this?
