When did your tummy pop with TWINS?!?

I am currently 12weeks+6 with twins and slightly chubby, I have a mid section, and don't feel like I am showing at all! Maybe a slight pooch.  I feel like I should be showing more than I am?!?  Oh and I am a ftm...  thoughts?!?
