Hey ladies!! So I recently got off birth control. Boyfriend and I are ttc but I don't know what exactly to expect. I haven't have a regular period in  4 years.. it's throwing me off! Dr said to start taking pre-natals and folic acid. Don't even know what days are most fertile for me. 😫 HELPPP!! Anyone with the same issue?? Or that have gotten pregnant after iud removal?
