Vaginal itching/tiny bumps

A few days ago my boyfriend went down on me for a longggg time, we also showered together and I used his men's body wash but it was super scented and seemed harsh so I tried to not get it down there. As the day went on, when I'd wipe myself I'd smell the body wash super strongly.. now I have these tiny bumps that itch between my vaginal lips so I'm wondering if it would be a reaction to the soap? Or a possible std from the oral sex? 🤔.
