guys I'm really scared

So I went to the doctor yesterday thinking I have a uti and it came back as maybe the start of one but not confirmed. I'm on antibiotics now but the pain is getting a lot worse. I had a fever a few days ago, cramps, last month I spotted during my period, a word pimple like bump, discharge,and  pain while and after peeing. This all sounds like an std, but I'm a virgin and on the pill.  I'm really scared and I just don't know what it is and what to do. Could anyone please help?
