so upset 😰😪 how do you cope with such bad news

I've just found out I have psoc and been told this can make convincing hard I had four children so I don't understand how this can be affecting me now I've only ever used bc for two months since I was 16. This will explain why I've been so out of whack what do they use to treat it? I've been told to make an appointment with a female doctor but for hell or high water I can't get an appointment grrr never felt so down and low and emotional, started crying on the phone just felt like a huge step back thanks for reading and hopefully someone can give me some advice x
