I am 11+5 pp and I have these bumps on the inner part of my outer labia. I had one or two pre pregnancy, but never this many. I can mash them and they have a hard core, like a stopped up sweat gland. Is that what these are, basically just clogged pores? They don't itch or hurt, and I know it's not herpes or any other kind of STD.
