Possibly Pregnant?

I skipped my sugar pills on my last 2 packs. I start my first sugar pill this Saturday, the 28th. I was sick with the flu and missed 2 pills on the 11th and 12th. I took them Friday the 13th. Saturday my boyfriend and I had sex. He pulled out, but I'm experiencing some cramping now for a few days. I've been on birth control for 10.5 years. I think it may be too soon to take a test?
