When did you do to get through your miscarriage

I lost my baby at 6 months pregnant. What helped me was naming him and I wrote a few letters to him, telling him how much I loved him and that he was missed.

All I can advise you is don't hold it in, if you feel like crying cry if you want to scream scream but NEVER EVER lose hope. I had a miscarriage although it was unplanned and it was in an early stage I cried like hell hubby cried too. Now we have beautiful kids. Sending you Lots of hugs

We had a miscarriage at 20 weeks and I went camping with my husband, I just needed to get away. I also needed to stop hearing people tell me they were sorry, that it's what god wanted. That infuriated me. My husband had to go to counseling. It's been 3 years.

I cried a lot and kept thinking about my rainbow baby. It's so hard to go through a miscarriage and you need a good support system. Avoid baby stuff for a little while.

I was sad for awhile. I was lucky and got pregnant with DD 6 months later then I lost one a couple years later. Although it may have been for the better I was still sad. I just tried to keep moving. I put away the few baby gifts I had and tried to keep my mind busy. I'm sorry for your loss.

I cried a lot. Sometimes my mom would curse me out for crying because she felt like after a month or two I should have been over it. So since she felt that way ,I forged her signature so that I could receive counseling services from Children's Hospital (Little Rock, Arkansas) through my school. I know that I was a teen, but that doesn't mean it was supposed to hurt any less because I wasn't an adult.
