My c section scare

So i had a c section and i do t know what to expect. My dr didnt tell me anything about how to maintain it. Its only been 9 days since giving birth bt i just want to make sure its ok. And when should i take off my stomach wrap? It helps me feel better and more supported but it also rubs into my skin. What should i do? Help!!
