Yes you can. I got my period 8 weeks pp even though I was breastfeeding, which means I likely ovulated at 6 weeks pp. Until you've had your first period post bleeding, your cycle is unpredictable and you can ovulate at any time. You could take a clear blue ovulation kit for a few days and if it's negative then it's likely okay but still not guaranteed because sperm can live in you for a few days so you may not ovulate today but can still get pregnant if you ovulate in a couple days. You can also take the morning after pill but it may mess with your supply if you're breastfeeding.

Yes, that's how my co-worker ended up pregnant at 6wks. Never got a period and didn't know she was until  she was 5months pregnant.

I have pcos and it took me so long to fall pregnant so if it happens again I don't mind . No not breast feeding ... just didn't know if I was still really fertile or if I'll be ok now . Thanks ladies X 

My doc specifically mentioned this to me at my last labor class. She said sometimes while breastfeeding you're period won't come and that could be months! And in fact you're still ovulating so yes, you can get pregnant. She was like, actually we get a lot of repeat customers within the year specifically bc of this! 😂😂😂
