Don't know what to do?..
I've heard that TTC without actually logging data and tracking BBT and CM help people conceive as it is less stressful, not sure if this is true but right now I'm willing to try anything. Do I keep tracking everything as glow says? or not track? Because I have also heard that if you track BBt and CM etc. then it makes it easier to establish a pattern and therefore know the exact days to BD.
