tested positive

So I just got a call back from the doctors office and I tested positive for chlamydia. My stupid ass had unprotected with 2 different guys this year. And one in December so that's 3 different guys. I don't have a clue on which one who gave it to me. I need to tell them all to go get tested but I'm scared as fuck. Oh my God. I have gotten tested 2 times last year and one time this year. I got tested in September then November and then I got tested last week. I thank God it's only an STI. NO MORE unprotected sex for me I have learned a valuable lesson. Something told me this would happen to me I just didn't know when. But I still have to tell them 😭 IM SO FUCKIN STUPID
